Supreme Court Decision on Birthright Citizenship
The Supreme Court has made a major decision allowing Trump to restrict Birthright Citizenship. In a 6–3 vote, the Supreme Court said that when judges block a government policy, those blocks should only affect the people or states who are part of the lawsuit, not the whole country.
This means Trump's plan to end birthright citizenship for babies born in the U.S. to undocumented parents can probably move forward in states that didn't sue to stop it, at least for now.
